Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Golden Heart is seeking an experienced Lead DSP to provide direct care and support daily operations in a home-like setting.

This role blends hands-on caregiving with staff leadership and administrative responsibilities.

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication support
• Supervise, train, and support DSP staff
• Coordinate schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
• Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
• Address client/staff concerns and ensure a safe environment
• Participate in care planning (ISP reviews) and team meetings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years DSP experience + 2–5 years administrative/leadership experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a group home setting
• Physically able to assist with client care tasks
