Job Summary
An Office Driver is responsible for safely transporting staff, documents, packages, and office materials to different locations while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the company vehicle in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, or materials.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
- Check fuel, oil, tires, and report any vehicle issues.
- Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits) are valid and updated.
- Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Keep records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
- Support general office tasks when not driving.
Requirements
- Valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
- Minimum high school education (preferred).
- Previous driving experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to use GPS and navigation apps.
- Clean driving record.
