Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Driver & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of medical products to clients across the UAE, while also coordinating daily logistics operations, inventory movement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport medical equipment, supplies, and documents to clients, suppliers, and
• partner locations across the UAE.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and route planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, signed receipts, and logistics documentation.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and handling of goods with care, especially fragile and sensitive medical items.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to align delivery priorities.
• Ensure the company vehicle is maintained, clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
• Support inventory checks, stock transfers, and basic warehouse operations when needed.
• Comply with UAE traffic regulations and company safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving and logistics experience in the UAE, preferably in medical
• or trading sectors.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, especially within Abu Dhabi, Dubai
• Good English communication skills (additional language preferred).
• Ability to handle delivery documentation and use a smartphone for navigation and communication.
• Physically fit, punctual, responsible, and presentable.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
