Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated **Driver Cum Van Salesman** to join our **General Trading LLC** team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in **food distribution, grocery supply, and FMCG sales**, with the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring timely product delivery and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company van and deliver products to customers as per assigned routes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote and sell food and FMCG products to grocery stores, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and follow UAE traffic and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in the food industry** (mandatory).
- Experience in **grocery food supply and FMCG products**.
- Valid **UAE driving license(manual)**.
- Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Knowledge of **Arabic or any additional language** will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
