Role overview

Driving and coordination duties

• Safely drive company vehicles for deliveries, client meetings, and official requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers; assist sales with product or sample deliveries and meeting arrangements.
• Deliver goods and documents on time, maintain vehicles in proper working condition, and follow traffic rules.
• Support office documentation, filing, and logistics arrangements and handle ad hoc management duties.

Required qualifications

• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, with two years of driving experience required.
• English and Hindi are required.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations is required.
• The candidate should be professional, punctual, reliable, communicative, and able to multitask and assist different teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous driver experience with coordination or administrative responsibilities is preferred.
• High school or equivalent education is preferred.
• Arabic or Urdu is an advantage.
