**800 Truck** is seeking an experienced and dependable Driver cum Moving Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial relocation projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure safe and efficient moving operations, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.
This role requires strong leadership, hands-on moving experience, and the ability to manage crews, coordinate logistics, and handle on-site challenges professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise movers, helpers, and drivers during residential and commercial moves
- Plan and coordinate packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking activities
- Ensure proper wrapping, packing, and securing of items to prevent damage
- Handle furniture dismantling and reinstallation when required
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity on-site
- Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns promptly
- Resolve site-related issues and report updates to the operations team
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the moving industry **(UAE experience preferred)**
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record **(mandatory)**
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of professional packing standards and safe handling procedures.
