Overview

Vehicle Operation & Maintenance

• Inspect, operate, and maintain a delivery vehicle.
• Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage.
• Maintain neatness of the vehicle at all times.

Delivery & Logistics

• Deliver goods by the required delivery date and time.
• Ensure all goods being delivered remain intact during transport and delivery.
• Ensure goods are transported under the best conditions as required by law, regulations, and HOSTMIND standards.
• Loading and unloading goods from and to the vehicle.
• Double-check on received and delivered quantities.
• Sign the necessary forms organized, after double-checking on goods to maintain clear records for future accountability, as requested by management.
• Report in advance any foreseen lateness to the necessary department to take action.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• If the goods involve food items, maximum hygiene and safety procedures should be needed.
• Immediately report any doubts related to food safety.
• Maintain a pristine and sharp hygiene.
• Maintain well dressed in the complete uniform.

Compliance

• Adhere to the rules and regulations of HOSTMIND, and all its related managerial standards.

Qualification

• 5 years of similar driving experience in the UAE
• Knowledge of routes and transportation laws within the UAE.
• Must be able to drive manual vehicles

• Valid UAE Licenese

• Proper work permits.
• English Speaker.
