Role overview
Safex Transport is hiring Class 1 truck drivers to travel in teams to the west coast of the United States.
Drivers use assigned, brand-new trucks; couples are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload various kinds of merchandise.
- Maintain the vehicle during trips.
- Deliver merchandise and inform head office of any irregularities.
Requirements
- Class 1 driver’s license for heavy vehicles.
- Experience travelling long distances and an excellent driving record.
- Safe driving habits and respect for road rules.
- Ability to communicate in French or English.
- Organizational skills and team spirit.
