Main Role:

Responsible in leading the CNC team and coordinate all the cutting orders directly with the Plant Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Follow the department policy and the operations work flow as per plant requirement & follow strategies and Q*uality Management System of STYRO*.
• Review all the regular drawings and put approval before cutting and prepare the special projects drawing by yourself.
• Study, analyse, calculate and forecast the requirements of the new Sales Order which is related to CNC and special works
• Provide monthly CNC Cutting report to the plant manager including (Quantities, products, customers, nature of projects and status).
• Ensures the density of all the CNC cutting orders by implementing the quality control procedures.
• Responsible in relieving Operators in their absence, as part of the entire role/work.

Pre-Requisite Skills and Training

• Good experience in analyzing information
• Ability to use CAD programs for estimation (2D and 3D)
• Good commands in using drawing software’s (SKP, coral draw, 3Dmax, RENO… etc)
• Extensive understanding and interpretation in drawing & specification
• Able to make and do reporting research results
• Able to manage the high stress of tight deadlines
• Attention to detail Good communication skills
• Must have the ability to learn new software’s like which is can help in estimation
