- Interpret design and architectural drawings and coordinate with project and site teams
- Update drawings based on design changes or site conditions
- Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and technical documentation to support production and installation
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations
- Maintain organized records of all revisions
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM software for joinery, furniture, and fit out drafting
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings for coordination
- Experience preparing detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take offs for joinery and furniture projects
- Knowledge of joinery construction methods, materials (wood, veneers, laminates, hardware), and fabrication processes
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Ability to work on site in Umm Al Quwain

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Draftsman (AutoCAD & BIM Modular – Joinery and Fit Out) role based in Umm Al Quwain. The Draftsman will prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery layouts, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools for furniture, joinery, and interior fit out works.
