- Role and Responsibilities
- 1. Strong C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), Web API
- Hands-on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
- Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting).
- Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message-based integration.
- Redis/distributed caching, Docker and Linux basics.
- Secure API development: JWT/OAuth2, encryption basics.
- FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
- Nice to have
- Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Open Telemetry.
- CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps
- Kubernetes, Azure cloud
Qualifications
- and Education Requirements
- 1. Minimum bachelor’s in computer science or information technology
- 8 -10 years of professional software development experience.
- FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
- Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team.
- Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
