About the Job
As a Doorman at Yas Plaza hotels, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests.
You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, with a warm welcome, opening car doors, arranging taxis, and providing directions and recommendations of nearby attractions and public transportation, assisting with the luggage, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
About You
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a concierge position.
- The ideal candidate will be customer-driven and an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable character.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in any additional language is a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage guest requests and preferences efficiently, calmly, and courteously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
