About This Role

We are Hiring Female DOH Nurses:

  • Willing to work in-home care setting
  • Listen to patients and respond to their concerns
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician
  • Documents the patient’s condition accurately and concisely, using correct charting format: in electronic medical record, notifies the physician of condition changes.
  • Coordinate with Therapists/Physicians & anyone involved in the patients care plan
