Role Description
The Documentation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to company formation, licensing, visa applications, and PRO services in line with UAE regulations.
Day-to-day tasks include collecting and verifying client information, drafting and updating forms, checklists, and procedural guides, and ensuring all documents meet legal and internal quality standards.
The Documentation Specialist will collaborate closely with operations, PRO, and client service teams to track document status, resolve discrepancies, and support timely submission to government authorities.
The role also involves organizing and archiving records, maintaining version control, and contributing to improvements in documentation templates and processes.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Documentation and Technical Documentation, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documents.
- Experience in Technical Writing and Clinical Documentation (or similar regulated documentation), demonstrating precision and adherence to standards.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, verify data, and identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in UAE government procedures, company formation, licensing, or visa processing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic document management systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
