Experience and qualifications
- Experience with edible oil refining, FMCG, chemical, or specialty chemical projects.
- Arabic and English language knowledge for speaking, writing, and reading.
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes, vendor document lifecycles, and document inward and outward flows.
- Knowledge of plotting, printing, and scanning.
- Organized and structured approach to work, with communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
Document systems and controls
- Develop and maintain EDMS protocols and execution plans.
- Knowledge of BIM, ACC, or WRENCH (EDMS) tools for electronic documentation.
- Knowledge of document numbering, taxonomy, and classification.
- Expertise in electronic and hard-copy archiving and documentation digitization.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill project and quality requirements for internal and external documentation, including client, vendor, and third-party documents.
- Implement project procedures and protocols for document management.
- Distribute documents internally and externally through transmittals according to the distribution matrix.
- Control document quality, including layout, legibility, and format.
- Prepare and maintain tracking databases and reports.
- Prepare project handover documentation or final client submission packages.
- Support plotting, printing, and scanning, and continuously improve internal documentation.
