Role Overview

We are hiring for a Word and PDF Experts to work on a contractual basis, utilizing their expertise in word processing and document management to support various projects.

This person will be responsible for creating, editing, and formatting documents in Word and PDF formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in the technology industry, contributing to high-quality document production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit documents in Word and PDF formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Format documents according to specific guidelines and templates, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Manage and organize documents, ensuring version control and easy access.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and revise documents, incorporating feedback and suggestions.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve document-related issues, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to create and edit complex documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documents and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve document-related issues.
