Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Document Controller based in Umm Al Quwain.
The Document Controller will manage and organize project documentation, ensure records are securely stored and easily accessible, and maintain accurate document systems.
The role requires liaising with project teams to track documentation progress, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and creating structured records for retrieval and referencing as required.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Document Management, Records Management, and maintaining organized systems for both physical and electronic files.
- Experience in creating, handling, and maintaining Project Documentation and general Documentation processes.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders across various levels.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant document control software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and protocols is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the construction or contracting sector is a plus.
- university graduate or equivalent required; advanced certification or degree is a benefit.
