Document Controller

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining document registers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Managing access permit applications.
• Handling accommodation and transport bookings as required.
• Distributing documents through the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to relevant parties.
• Assisting in the production of periodic reports.
• Performing quality checks on documents to ensure compliance and standards.
• Undertaking general administration tasks, including data entry and preparation of correspondence.
• Required Qualifications and Skills
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in administration or document control.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Autodesk Cloud (ACC).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Desired Skills
• Prior experience with Autodesk Cloud (ACC) EDMS is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with ParDOCs is preferred but not essential.

Work Environment

• This is a full-time position based in the Tabuk region, Saudi Arabia, covering locations such as Umluj and Tabuk. The role operates within a project or departmental setting at Parsons Corporation.
