Document Controller - Site

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, distributing, and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures all project correspondence, drawings, technical submittals, reports, and contractual documents are properly controlled and managed through Aconex in compliance with project requirements, company procedures, and client standards.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of document control experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy industry.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Aconex on major construction projects.
• Experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple packages and meet strict deadlines.
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Aconex Document Management System.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, workflows, and revision management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
