Responsibilities

• Manage document creation, review, distribution, and archiving for reports, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
• Maintain version control and provide efficient retrieval of current documents to authorized personnel.
• Apply quality controls and ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Train and support staff in document processes and software; coordinate with project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
• Protect sensitive documents with confidentiality and access controls; audit processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of document control experience in consultancy-sector site supervision for infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
• Proven document control or records management experience; proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization and time management, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO standards is a plus; document management certification is desirable.
