Role overview

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic problems with team members and end users.
• Coordinate with project managers and IT or records management on protecting project records; recommend suitable media, rotation, and procedures.
• Understand project needs and determine appropriate resources.
• Evaluate external tools and resources.
• Prepare statistical reports on project usage and efficiency.
• Identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze and select information services.
• Respond to correspondence on special reference subjects.
• Select and order new resource materials.
• May be designated according to specialized functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in document control, records management, or a related field.
• Advanced Aconex proficiency, including document management, tracking, and distribution workflows.
• Expert Microsoft Excel competency, including advanced formulas, data management, database administration, and reporting.
• Expertise establishing and maintaining comprehensive document control systems and protocols.
• Ability to manage complex document workflows and adhere to quality assurance standards.
• Strong organization, records management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and effective coordination across stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute multiple complex tasks precisely.
• Proficiency in document production and technical material reproduction.

Onboarding

• New hires are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
