Role summary

Responsibilities

• Record and scan signed delivery notes, track deliveries, confirm transport invoices, and make delivery records available to relevant teams.
• Verify approvals for returned materials; process returns and credit notes, and coordinate replacement stock accurately.
• Report leased Dyna usage and prepare shortage and blocked-order lists.
• Validate transport invoices against delivery records and waybills before submission.
• Support pallet tracking, warehouse operations, and coordination of purchase inquiries.

Candidate requirements

• High school qualification or diploma.
• One to three years of relevant warehouse or dispatch experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
