Overview
- Prepare safety induction documents.
- Maintain and update master document list, material submittal log, WIR log and drawing log.
- Prepare and submit method statements and risk assessments.
- Prepare and submit material submittals, MIRs, WIRs and T&C documents.
- Handle project submissions such as shop drawings, RFIs.
- Follow up with client document controllers, QA/QC engineers and consultants for approvals.
- Prepare project closeout documents including O&M manuals, spare parts lists and warranty certificates.
- Update document logs through Aconex and other project management platforms.
- Track Defects Liability Period (DLP) documents.
- Prepare engineering minutes of meetings.
