Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents using Aconex and ensure documentation is filed, indexed, and easy to retrieve.
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy; distribute documents to stakeholders.
• Track revisions, maintain version control, and generate document status and project progress reports.
• Assist with document control procedures and coordinate timely document submission and processing with project teams.
• Train and support colleagues on document control and Aconex usage.
• Protect the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Aconex and at least 4 years of experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with electronic document management systems.
• Strong organizational, filing, time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous document control experience, preferably on construction or engineering projects; knowledge of related project documentation processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Aconex certification is preferred.
