Role overview
The Document Controller and Operations Coordinator supports administrative, commercial, and order management activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other company documents.
- Maintain accurate filing, document control, and record traceability.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding customer payments; maintain collection and aging records and escalate overdue accounts when required.
- Process customer orders from receipt of purchase order through delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate order status with customers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain order tracking and sales records; support preparation of quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, and related commercial documents.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure required documentation is completed and filed.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Diploma required.
- English required.
- Jeddah is the required location; candidates must be able to commute or relocate with the employer-provided relocation package.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 2,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Jeddah.
