HATCH Design LLC, a leading interior fit-out and design company specializing in F&B, retail, and commercial projects, is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our project team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all project documentation across active fit-out sites, ensuring accurate version control, timely distribution, and full traceability of drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence between our team, clients, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the project document management system
Control drawing registers, revision tracking, and transmittal logs
Coordinate submittal and RFI workflows with consultants and clients
Ensure all site teams are working from current, approved drawings
Maintain organized records for contractual and audit purposes
Requirements
3–5 years experience in document control within UAE construction or fit-out
Familiarity with Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication in English; Arabic is a plus
Experience with F&B or retail fit-out projects preferred
