We are looking for
Document Controller
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE with minimum working experience of 5 years at Engineering/Architect Consultancy firm.
Must manage his/her own transportation.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and update document control system to ensure that project documents are properly recorded and maintained
- Responsible in handling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Providing all administrative support in preparation in Monthly Report, Monthly Invoices and Variation.
- Manages, maintains and assists in the preparation and submission of all reports/documents such as progress reports, dashboards, payments, variations and all other deliverables required by the Client and is responsible in ensuring that deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
- having
"INAXUS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE"
- is a plus
- Must have huge experience in using ACONEX, PRIMAVERA UNIFIER and other EDMS software.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in CONSULTANT firm / CONSTRUCTION business.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision
