Document Controller (Engineering Background)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Document Controller with an engineering background and project management experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, monitoring administrative activities, and supporting both site and office operations.

Prepare and maintain monthly reports.

Monitor employee attendance and maintain related documentation.

Handle and monitor petty cash transactions and records.

Manage project and company documents, filing systems, and document control procedures.

Coordinate and support activities at both project sites and office locations.

Assist project teams in document management and project administration.

Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and properly archived.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and record management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).

Willingness to work at both site and office locations.

Previous experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments.

Familiarity with document management systems and project documentation standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
