We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller with **hands-on construction site experience** to manage project documentation and ensure smooth information flow between site, office, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Control, track, and maintain all project documents: drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, ITPs, NCRs, etc.
- Manage document management systems - Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and distribution of documents per project procedures.
- Liaise between site team, consultants, and client for document submissions/approvals.
- Prepare transmittals, registers, and monthly document status reports.Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all project records.
- Support audits and handover documentation at project closeout.
Requirements
- Nationality: Philippine passport holder only
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as Document Controller in UAE construction projects/sites
- Hands-on site experience with contractors, consultants, or EPC firmsProficiency in MS Office, PDF editing, and at least 1 EDMS like Aconex/Procore/SharePointStrong organizational skills + attention to detail
- Good English communication - written & spoken
- Can join immediately / has valid UAE visa preferred
