Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper coordination between departments.
Requirements
- **Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller**
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction companies is preferred
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional English communication skills are required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documents and records
- Ensure proper document submission, tracking, and distribution
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors
- Maintain updated logs for drawings, approvals, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
Salary
will be based on experience and qualifications.
