Overview
Our company is currently looking for a **Document Controller** with **2–3 years of relevant experience**, preferably in the **marble, stone, or construction industry**.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Experience handling marble, stone, or construction project documentation is preferred.
- Knowledge of document control procedures, filing systems, and record management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and track project documents efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with contracts, shop drawings, material submittals, and project correspondence is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update project documents and records.
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and distribution.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients regarding documentation requirements.
- Monitor document revisions and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain document control logs.
