About This Role

Overview

Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications for the position of

Document Controller

to support workforce documentation and mobilization processes across the UAE.

📍 Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi

💰 Salary up to AED 5,000 (based on experience)

Job Purpose

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and processing all documentation related to employee mobilization, site and camp activities, safety inductions, and insurance matters.

The role involves close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and workforce tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit documents required for employee mobilization, including ID submissions, medicals, visas, and gate passes.
  • Process applications for safety inductions as per client and site requirements.
  • Manage documentation related to insurance additions and deletions for employees.
  • Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Camp Bosses to monitor employee movement between camp and site.
  • Track and update employee attendance daily; flag absenteeism and irregularities to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilization dates, contract validity, and renewal timelines.
  • Collection and follow up of timesheets from the concerned site coordinators.
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval system for all employee-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers/clients regarding documentation requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Requirements

  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • **Experience: Minimum of 5 years in**
  • a similar document control or administrative role, preferably within the staffing or manpower supply company.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel—including formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables—and Outlook); familiarity with ERP or document control software is preferred.
  • A typing speed of 50 wpm is a must.
  • **Language Preferences:**

English & Hindi

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Problem-solving and proactive follow-up skills.
  • Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
