About This Role
Desired Qualification :
Minimum 2+ years of UAE/GCC experience in document control in a construction environment.
Familiarity with document management systems and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of construction documents and industry standards.
Fresher is welcome to apply & can join immediately.
JOB /Responsibilities SUMMARY :
-The role involves managing all documentation for ongoing projects, including preparing document registers and controlling the flow of documentation throughout the project execution cycle.
-Responsibilities include ensuring proper revision control according to company and client procedures, receiving and transmittal of documents, maintaining the master document register, and ensuring document quality in terms of completeness and compliance.
-Organizing and archiving technical documentation, drawings, and reports, and liaising with the project team and clients regarding project dossier preparation and delivery.
