We are hiring for a Document Controller
The Document Controller will manage technical project documentation such as drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and O&M manuals for offshore/onshore Oil & Gas projects.
Accuracy, organisation, and version control are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain electronic and hard‑copy technical documentation
- Track document revisions and ensure teams are using the latest versions
- Process RFIs, RFAs, transmittals, and related project workflows
- Review documents for completeness and compliance before submission
- Prepare document status reports for project managers
- Support project close‑out by compiling As‑Built drawings and O&M manuals
- What we’re looking for
- Experience in an engineering or offshore/onshore Oil & Gas environment (HVAC experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and document control platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable
- Degree or diploma in administration, engineering, or a related field
- **Minimum 3 years’ experience**
