Overview

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• *Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control within engineering, construction, or industrial projects.*
• *Proven experience using Aconex Document Management System.*
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and control project documentation using Aconex.
• Maintain document registers and ensure proper document filing, distribution, and archiving.
• Monitor document workflows, transmittals, revisions, and approvals.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely document processing.
• Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and quality standards.
• Support project audits and maintain confidentiality of project information.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures.
