Responsibilities
- Write reports, articles, marketing materials, and internal communications.
- Research complex topics, collaborate with subject matter experts, and organize information into coherent narratives.
- Adapt content to different audiences and channels.
- Edit and proofread for consistency, tone, and quality; follow brand and style guidelines.
- Meet project deadlines and support client deliverables and internal initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear, concise, structured content across formats and audiences.
- Research and synthesis skills, including translating complex data, analytics, and AI concepts into accessible narratives.
- Experience creating content in business, technology, or analytics-focused environments.
- Attention to detail in grammar, style, formatting, proofreading, and quality control.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered instead.
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or technology-driven business solutions is an advantage; comfort with digital productivity tools is noted.
