Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Document Controller
to support a major hydro power plant project based in
Cooma
.
The role is responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring engineering, construction, procurement, and quality teams have access to current and compliant information throughout the project lifecycle.
1.
Manage the full lifecycle of project documents using
Aconex
, ensuring accurate version control and document compliance.
2.
Maintain document registers, trackers, KPI reports, and perform advanced reporting using
Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts).
3.
Receive, verify, and track project submittals generated from
SAP
and maintain document accuracy.
4.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely and accessible project information.
SharePoint
filing systems and ensure document naming conventions, audit requirements, and record management standards are followed.
6.
Support a major hydro power project in Cooma, working closely with the Lead Document Controller and multidisciplinary site teams.
