Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
The candidate will ensure proper document flow, tracking, and compliance with company and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and control all project documents
· Maintain document control registers and filing systems
· Ensure proper version control and document numbering
· Distribute documents to internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
· Track incoming and outgoing documents and maintain logs
· Ensure all documentation is accurate, updated, and easily accessible
· Assist in preparing reports and document status updates
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approvals
· Archive project documents at project completion
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and authority requirements
· Maintain daily staff and labor attendance records
· Handle timekeeping, timesheets, and overtime tracking
· Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs, leave records, and staff documentation
· Maintain employee records and site workforce data
· Assist in onboarding/offboarding documentation for site staff
Experience
- UAE: 3 years (Required)
