Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize project documentation in line with document control procedures

Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of company records
Coordinate with internal departments to support document and asset workflows
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document control and asset management
Strong knowledge of document management systems and record-keeping practices
Ability to maintain asset registers and prepare accurate reports
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Prior experience in the aluminium & glazing or construction industry is a plus
