Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Document Controller** with a strong background in **infrastructure and sewerage and building projects** to join our team in Al Ain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documents and correspondence related to infrastructure and sewerage works.
- Ensure all drawings, submittals, and documents are properly logged, updated, and distributed.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in accordance with project documentation procedures.
- Track document revisions, ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and NOCs.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper document flow.
- Support the project team in maintaining up-to-date records of technical documents and communications.
- Ensure compliance with quality management and ISO standards.
- **Qualifications & Experience:**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Document Controller in **infrastructure or sewerage network projects** in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document control software\\
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
