Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Document Controller
to manage and control project documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper document flow, and supporting project teams with document management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and transmittals.
- Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and stored.
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and external stakeholders regarding document submissions.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
- Prepare reports related to document status and submission tracking.
- Archive completed project documents according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company and client document control requirements.
