Requirements

- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and correspondence.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Manage and maintain all project documents and records.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain office records and support management with administrative tasks.
- *Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and project documentation.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
