Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration and correspondence.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and document filing.
  • Manage and maintain all project documents and records.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain office records and support management with administrative tasks.
  • *Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and project documentation.
  • Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
