We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team, designated as 12A26.
As a critical member of our documentation management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our documents and records are systematically archived and accessible to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and storage of all project-related documents in digital and physical formats.
- Ensure appropriate archiving and retrieval of documents as per company policies and standards.
- Coordinate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and departments as necessary.
- Maintain, update, and manage document changes by following pre-defined processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when managing sensitive information.
- Monitor document control metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and version control accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in document management processes.
- Respond promptly to requests for information and documents from both internal and external sources.
- Train and support staff on document control processes and system usage as needed.
- Review and verify the accuracy of documents before submission or filing.
- Establish standardized procedures across the organization for document handling and classification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in document control or a similar role.
- Proficient in using document management software and tools for efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for coordination.
- Familiarity with data protection norms and industry document handling standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus.
