Document control responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including drawings, plans, contracts, and reports, through accurate management, storage, and distribution.
• Ensure documents comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Supervise and guide document controllers and train project team members on document control procedures and systems.
• Maintain documentation accuracy, quality, filing, and storage.
• Distribute documents to project teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide documents and reports for audits and generate regular document-control status reports.
• Continuously improve document control processes and systems.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of document control experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in document management software and construction management applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, accuracy and attention to detail, and proven leadership and team management skills.
