Dockhand
Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable and motivated PM Dockhand to join our Dry Creek SA team in permanent part-time position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 7:30pm
This hands-on role is responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, preparing shipments for dispatch, assisting with warehouse operations, and ensuring freight moves efficiently through the depot.
What You'll Do
Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
Sort, scan and prepare freight for dispatch
Operate a forklift where required
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Complete freight scanning and warehouse documentation accurately
Work closely with the operations team to meet daily service requirements
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
What You'll Bring
Previous warehouse or freight handling experience (preferred)
Forklift Licence (desirable)
C Class drivers Licence (desirable)
Intermediate computer skills
Experience using Salesforce or similar systems (desirable)
Ability to complete general administrative tasks
Ability to support operational reporting and respond to customer enquiries
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
