• 🔐 About the Role
• We are looking for an experienced DLP Consultant to join our Data Protection team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls to safeguard sensitive and confidential information across Email, Web, Endpoint, Network, and Cloud environments.
• You will act as a technical expert and escalation point for DLP technologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and internal security standards.
• 💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain enterprise DLP platforms (Symantec DLP, Zscaler DLP, Microsoft Purview DLP)
• Ensure stability and performance of DLP components (servers, agents, databases)
• Perform daily health checks and monitor DLP environments
• Design, implement, and optimize DLP policies (content & context-based)
• Handle incident triage, false positives, and risk assessments
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and investigations
• Coordinate with IT, security, and business teams for deployments and enhancements
• Manage change requests, upgrades, and system improvements
• Provide guidance on secure data handling and DLP best practices
• Conduct awareness and training sessions for stakeholders

🎯 Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in DLP tools (Symantec, Zscaler, Microsoft Purview)
• Hands-on experience with endpoint, email, and cloud DLP
• Experience in incident management, policy tuning, and compliance
• Knowledge of data classification, regulatory frameworks, and security standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
