Lead divisional operations and drive business growth in the paint, thinner, or a similar industry.
The position requires at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the division’s daily operations and overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Identify new business opportunities and opportunities for market expansion.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor budgets, sales results, and market trends, and report to management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the paint, thinner, or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams and business operations.
- Strong understanding of industry products, customers, and market requirements.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop business and deliver results.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 10,000 per month.
