Position summary

Position responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and oversee annual operating, capital, and financial budgets.
• Recommend improvements to financial performance; implement inventory control and valuation procedures.
• Research, analyze, and manage projects; prepare performance reports supporting business objectives.
• Assist with business quotations and analyze potential financial impacts.
• Review costing, inventory, production variances, standard costs, and production-related cost changes.
• Maintain operational-site controls for inventory, fixed assets, revenue recognition, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Instill cost-control disciplines throughout the division and take on special projects.

Experience and qualifications

• 6–8 years of financial experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, Access, and Excel.
