Responsibilities

  • Translate affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans.
  • Analyze territory brand sales performance and relevant healthcare developments; identify levers for action.
  • Inform the business unit about market changes and competitor activity relevant to strategy.
  • Develop territory action plans with team members to execute marketing and commercial tactics.
  • Manage approved budgets, resource allocation, and team expenses.
  • Track marketing messages and programs; monitor action plans, timing, costs, compliance, and quality through sales cycles.
  • Evaluate field-force metrics and standards to maximize sales-force effectiveness.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard team members; coach and motivate them toward territory goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and capability assessments; develop team members for current and future roles.
  • Support external key customer visits and lead customer engagement and stakeholder management.
