District Manager Compensation

• Competitive base salary up to 90 base.

• District Manager Requirements:
• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• REQUIRES significant drive-through experience
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
• This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.
• This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
